Certifications We Cover

   Numerous certifications and variations are available, making it challenging to identify the one that best suits your needs. Furthermore, the criteria for maintaining compliance can differ significantly across various programs. Peak Ag Solutions is here to assist you in determining the most suitable certification and the appropriate certifying agency to meet those requirements.


   We collaborate with multiple certifying agencies, allowing each operation to choose the best fit based on factors such as location, cost, and interpretation. Peak Ag Solutions ensures that you remain compliant with any of these standards.

Row Crops, Specialty Crops, Greenhouses

Organic row crop certification encompasses row crop farms, large-scale Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) operations, greenhouses, and flower farms. If you intend to market your products as organic and your annual revenue exceeds $10,000, you are legally obligated to maintain valid certification on an annual basis.

Organic Eggs Poultry, Swine, Beef, Dairy

Organic livestock certification pertains to the certification of livestock and their byproducts, which include eggs, poultry, goats, swine, beef, and dairy. The regulations and record-keeping associated with livestock can be particularly challenging. Therefore, having a partner to ensure that your records are consistently audit-ready can be invaluable.

Storage Facilities, Merchandisers, Input Providers, Processors

Handlers and processors of organic products frequently need to obtain organic certification. However, certain operations that solely transport products without managing them may be exempt from this requirement. Peak Ag Solutions can assess whether your operation necessitates annual certification.


If you handle grain as a buyer, transporter, or processor, you will need to secure a Handler Certificate. This requirement also applies to those purchasing and packaging organic eggs. To use the organic seal, it is imperative that all products bought and sold comply with the National Organic Program (NOP) Standards.

For those interested in certifying products as Non-GMO Project Verified, it is important to note that not all farms will require this certification unless they are marketing their products independently. Once their annual certification is approved, those purchasing Non-GMO grains and ingredients will be permitted to utilize the Non-GMO Project Verified label on their finished goods.

Peak Ag Solutions developed a platform for recording and tracing all field and sales records. Below are just a few things tracked with PeakView and used to develop OSP reports.

Field History

Field-by-field report of the last seven years with all crops and inputs used each crop year.

At Peak Ag Solutions our goal is to make the record keeping process as easy as possible. That is why we have a dedicated number to text as activities happen in the field. Send a message, "Field Cultivating Home field today" and we will record the activity in our PeakView system. When you are planting take a picture of the seed tag and email it to the info line with acres and rate and we will save the seed tag and update your PeakView so you are always prepared for your annual inspection or any announced inspection.
