Four Pillars
I. Organic Expertise II. Record Keeping III. Certification IV. Grain Marketing
Pillar One - Organic Expertise
Call On Experience - Your Comprehensive Resource
for Agricultural Expertise
Having an organic farm comes with a lot of questions.
- When should I cultivate.. and how often?
- Do I need a flame weeder or a tine weeder?
- What kind of soybeans should I grow?
- Am I getting a fair price?
- What is going on with the markets?
- What inputs can I use?

Count on us to be your go-to source for all your agricultural inquiries.
Pillar Two - Record Keeping
Streamlining Record Keeping with Digital Records
Managing records can often be the least thrilling aspect of farming or processing finished goods. As your operation expands, so does the volume of paperwork and the stress of keeping everything organized. Even the most experienced operations find it challenging to keep up with regulatory changes and the demands for various records.
At Peak Ag Solutions, we have developed a comprehensive system to store all your records and compliance documents. Say goodbye to shoeboxes and binders cluttering your workspace, which only slow you down when searching for answers. Our records are fully digital, allowing you to access information from anywhere. This means you'll be prepared for your announced or unannounced inspection at a moment's notice. With the Peak Ag Solutions PeakView platform, every activity required to maintain compliance with the National Organic Program (NOP) is meticulously tracked.
The primary compliance challenge stems from inadequate paperwork. Inspectors and reviewers often struggle when they cannot discern what is happening in an operation, especially when the paperwork does not align with the Organic System Plan (OSP). Our system ensures that everything remains organized and accessible, with records dating back as far as necessary. No longer will you have to wonder if that affidavit was signed or if you have all your invoices. The Peak Ag Solutions team will diligently work behind the scenes, gathering and organizing your documents to help you stay compliant.
We offer various methods to obtain records from your operation, including a dedicated text or email line and multiple consultations with our team of organic experts.
Pillar Three - Certification
Simplify Certification
There are numerous certification agencies available, each with its own set of advantages and disadvantages regarding cost, service levels, inspector availability, and interpretations of the NOP. Let us guide you through the options so you can choose the best agency for your operations certificate.
The organic certification process can feel overwhelming and intimidating if you are not well-organized and prepared. With increasing focus on documentation and chain of custody, the certification journey is becoming more complex. Peak Ag Solutions will be your partner throughout this process, supporting you every step of the way—even during unannounced inspections.
While we handle record-keeping and provide guidance on crop rotations and input usage, Peak Ag Solutions will also help you develop a customized Organic Systems Plan (OSP) tailored to your operation. We will not only submit the system plan but also schedule and attend the annual audit inspection to address any questions and provide necessary documentation. You can rest easy knowing we’ve got everything covered.
When it’s time to present the necessary documentation to the FSA, NRCS, or crop insurance provider, we will send it on your behalf or compile it into a comprehensive report for you to share.
You already have enough on your plate with phone calls and inquiries; let us simplify compliance for you and streamline the process. Just as you wouldn't confront a tax audit without your accountant, don’t risk your revenue by facing the USDA and certification agency on your own.
Pillar Four - Grain Marketing
Assessing Product Value in an Opaque Market
How do you evaluate the worth of your product in a market characterized by a lack of transparency? Organic Marketing is the final piece of our four-pillar strategy. In recent years, we have seen considerable price fluctuations influenced by factors such as crop or ingredient type, location, available quantities, and transportation methods.
At Peak Ag Solutions, we maintain regular communication with buyers across the United States and Canada who are keen to purchase grains and ingredients directly from farmers. We utilize various market tracking services and closely observe regulations and imports that may impact pricing. By tapping into Peak Ag Solutions' network, many operations have successfully avoided partnerships with less reputable organizations, gaining insightful information for securing more competitive contracts.
Our exclusive members-only newsletter offers a thorough overview of current prices your operation should expect, as well as potential market influences on the horizon. If the newsletter doesn’t meet your needs, you have access to an advisor who can analyze market trends to ensure you achieve the best possible deal. When opportunities arise, our members are typically the first to be informed.
All Peak Ag Solutions members receive an updated list of reliable buyers—those recognized for honoring their contracts and maintaining financial stability—along with the specific crops they purchase and their delivery locations.
In today's landscape, partnering with trustworthy companies is more vital than ever. Allow us to guide you through the noise and connect you with businesses that uphold their commitments.
